WINTER HOLBEN partners again with Stoneface Brewing Co.
23,000 sq. ft. building will meet growing production needs
When your beer is that good, it’s no surprise you need to keep making more! We’re thrilled to be working with long-time client Stoneface Brewing Company on a new, 23,000 sq. ft purpose-built brewing facility, close to their current space in Newington, NH, in partnership with Ricci Construction Co.
Our concept design is as “hop-forward” as Stoneface’s famous IPA, with expanded production capacity to accommodate their state-of-the-art fermenting, conditioning and packaging equipment. Additional features for their legions of beer fans will include a ground floor restaurant and tasting room, with flexible event space and offices on the second floor, as well as an outdoor beer garden and play space.
